• Pamela L. Cave and George R. Opria, 15236 Louismill Drive, Chantilly, Va., are announcing the birth of a son, George Phillip Opria, June 27, at Arlington Hospital in Arlington, Va. His siblings are Phillip, April, Patricia, Megan and Thomas Cave. Grandparents of the children are George Opria of Salineville, and Phillip Millett and Sandra Millett, both of Vienna, Va. Their great-grandmother is Hazel Hawcroft of Warwick, Rhode Island.

• Jeffrey and Polly (Dukes) Fabry, 12123 Canyon Mills Drive, Houston, Texas, are the parents of a daughter, Reagan Margaret, their first child. The infant was born Jan. 14 at Herman Memorial Hospital at the Texas Medical Center in Houston. The grandparents are Eugene Dukes of Akron, formerly of Girard, Marsha (Fabry) and Carl Yeager of Canfield, and Edward and Susan Fabry of Cortland.
