EAST PALESTINE — Denny and Patty Sugar of East Palestine are announcing the engagement of their daughter Bree Sugar and Jim Hall, a son of Patty Quinn and Don Blower, both of Rogers.

The bride-elect graduated from the University of Akron and is an intervention specialist with the Beaver School District.

The prospective groom is employed at Farmers Bank in Boardman and is completing studies for a degree at Youngstown State University.

The couple are planning a March 28 wedding.
