AUSTINTOWN — Mr, and Mrs. Eric A. Clark of Colgate Drive are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Clark, 5694 Colgate Drive, and Patrick O’Connell, S. Canfield Niles Road., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick O’Connell, E. Wilson Avenue, Girard.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree and is a teacher at Summit Academy Elementary School in Youngstown.

The prospective groom is a construction worker with Trinity Home Improvement in Youngstown.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Church has been chosen by the couple as the setting for their open wedding at 2 p.m. May 16. Invitations will be extended for a reception that evening at Avalon Inn Ballroom in Howland.
