CRAFT SHOWS

• Salem Memorial Building Association will host a spring bazaar with more than 50 tables of arts, crafts and baked goods from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 13 and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 14. Vendors can rent a table with chairs for $25 for both days (plus one donated item for a Chinese auction). For rental information, call (330) 332-5512. Checks or money orders should be payable to Salem Memorial Building. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 13 and from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 14. Free vendor parking is available.

SALES

• Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, 480 Youngstown-Poland Road, Struthers, is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The ReStore carries a wide variety of furniture, including a large selection of couches and many large metal professional office desks; used building materials such as doors, windows, sinks, hardware and plumbing; lighting; home decor items; large and small appliances; electronics; toys; books and much more. All items are sold at low discount prices. ReStore takes donations and sells to the public, all to benefit Habitat for Humanity’s home-building program. • Salvation Army Thrift Store in Austin Center, Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A variety of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and bric-a-brac is available at bargain prices.

SPECIAL EVENTS

• A Casino Night and Texas Hold’em Tournament have been scheduled for Feb. 7 in the Covelli Center gymnasium at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 3020 Reeves Road N.E., Warren. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the Texas Hold’em Tournment will begin at 5:30. There will be food and beverages. Patrons must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Casino Night events, which will feature chuck-a-luck, a 50-50 raffle, blackjack and poker tables. Regular $50 buy-ins equal $1,300 in chips. Those who make buy-ins by Feb. 5 will receive an extra $200 in chips. Call the parish office at (330) 372-2215 for registration information. No credit cards will be accepted, and no checks will be accepted after Thursday.
