The U.S. Marshals Service in Northern Ohio is asking the public to help find its most wanted fugitives of the week. Stephen D. Hogan and Joseph M. Frampton are accused in the same crime.

Charge: Robbery

Joseph M. Frampton

Name: Joseph M. Frampton

Age: 19

Height: 5 feet 4 inches

Weight: 120 pounds

Eyes: Blue

Hair: Blond

Charge: Robbery

Anyone with information on either or both of these suspects should call (866) 4-WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
