Air Force’s Thunderbirds to appear in the Valley in August

VIENNA — The Air Force Thunderbirds aerial demonstration planning team is scheduled to visit the Youngstown Air Reserve Station today to begin preparations for a performance by the Thunderbirds here in August.

The show, “Thunder Over The Valley,” on Aug. 8 and 9, will be the organization’s first air show at the air reserve station since 1986. The show is free and open to the public.
