Goldsboro 60th is celebrated at dinner party

BOARDMAN — The 60th anniversary of their wedding was celebrated by Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth A. Goldsboro of Boardman during a private dinner party on Jan. 24 at the Blue Wolf Restaurant.

Arrangements for the event were made by their family, Karen Kalcic, and Kenneth and Caroline Goldsboro, all of Boardman. Completing the family are three grandchildren, Adam Kalcic, and Kenny and Kaylee Goldsboro.

The former Betty Goodwin and Mr. Goldsboro were united in marriage Jan. 29, 1949, at the Harbor of Light Chapel in Uniontown, Pa. For 45 years they have been members of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where Mr. Goldsboro served as deacon and elder.

Mr. Goldsboro retired from the Kinney Shoe Corp. in 1992, and Mrs. Goldsboro retired from the F.W. Woolworth Corp. in 1985.
