STRUTHERS — Shana L. Craig of Canfield and William J. Yardas of Boardman exchanged vows in a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 8 at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church.
The bride, daughter of Ken and Roan Craig of Youngstown, wore a dropped-waist A-line gown with a beaded lace bodice and ruffled skirt.
Tarisa Grimm was matron of honor. She wore a lapis-colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Jennifer Brown, Alexis Pietra-Freeman, Emily Salamon, Jessica Moracco, Jamie Ficorilli and Nicole Malie. Junior bridesmaid was Maria Joseph. Participating as flower girl was Lyla Marzano.
The groom is a son of Bruce and Rosemarie Yardas of Boardman. His best man was Jeremy Yardas, and groomsmen were Joe and Brad Marzano, Joe and Tom Joseph, Doug Grimm, Phil Detec, Chelsey Santucci and Ryan Cmil. Junior groomsman was Garrett Jones, and ring bearer was Justin Jones.
Ushers were Tom Sheridan, Chris Dugan, Chuck Tepsic, Paul Moore, Brian Saluga and Michael Mike.
After a reception at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman, the couple left on a wedding trip to Aruba.
The bride graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in history. She earned a master’s degree in school counseling from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., and is a teacher for Boardman Schools.
The groom graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in business administration. He owns Bill’s Lawn Care & Landscape LLC, of Boardman.
