BOARDMAN — Kelli Anne Thompson, a daughter of Dennis and Betty Jane Thompson of Boardman, and Steven Joseph Horwath, a son of Cesare and Debra Horwath of Canonsburg, Pa., were married at 4:30 p.m. June 6 at Boardman United Methodist Church. The Revs. Ash Welch and Jeffrey Mickler officiated.

After a reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield the couple left on a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico. They live in Stow.

The bride’s white satin A-line gown featured crystal beading, a ruched waistline and a semicathedral train.

Black gowns were worn by Stacey Vantell, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Leslie Hramika, Stacey Cederbloom, Amanda Hodge, Suzanne Higginbotham and Adrienne Fornes. Flower girl was Emma Courtney.

The duties of best man were shared by Joshua Hanna and David Glatch, and groomsmen were Eric Hramika, Steven Cederbloom, Michael Morascyzk, and Mark Whalen. Ring bearers were Justin and Matthew Cederbloom.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology from Kent State University, and a master’s in speech-language pathology and audiology from Cleveland State University. She is a speech-language pathologist at the Galvin Therapy Center in Warrensville Heights.

The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in flight technology from KSU and is a commercial airline pilot with Republic Airways out of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
