Geneva Moss, 57, of Garfield Street, Youngstown, was a witness to a crime committed at the Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., Austintown on Dec. 14. A listing in the police calls on A2 in the Dec. 22 edition of The Vindicator said she was charged with complicity to theft and drug charges. Police charged Robert B. Williamson, 43, of New Springfield, with the theft at the store, and Kristin M. Daniels, 21, of Greenville, Pa., with complicity to theft and the drug charges.
