YOUNGSTOWN — Kelly Daugherty and Michael Chachko exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 22 in the presence of the Rev. Christopher R. Burke as they were united in marriage in a 1:30 p.m. ceremony at Infant Jesus of Prague Byzantine Catholic Church.

The daughter of Don and Helen Warmoth of Austintown and son of Tom and Chris Chachko of Poland accepted congratulations during a reception at the Regency House in Austintown before leaving for a honeymoon in Aruba.

The bride wore a strapless diamond white taffeta gown featuring a semicathedral-length train. The gown was embellished with crystal beading, sequins and rhinestones and had a pickup-style skirt.

Wearing pool-blue gowns were the bride’s matron of honor, Michelle Tatarka, maid of honor Erika Byers and bridesmaids Lisa Greco and Jayne Betz. The flower girls were Leah Evans and Isabella Orwig.

The duties of best man were performed by the groom’s brother Matt Chachko. Groomsmen were Dan Daugherty, the bride’s brother; Sean Heck; and John Hruby. Serving as ring bearer was the groom’s son, Zachary Chachko.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education from Youngstown State University. She is employed as a teacher by Springfield Schools in New Middletown.

The groom is a sales representative for Superior Beverage in Austintown.

The couple reside in Poland.
