FOOD SALES AND DINNERS

SUNDAY

• The Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Triangle Post 2799, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, will serve breakfasts of eggs, sausage or ham, hash browns, pancakes, freedom toast, toast, and coffee or tea from 8 a.m. to noon. Meals are $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12.

• Poland Masonic Temple, 7685 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Poland, will serve Swiss steak dinners from noon to 4 p.m. or until sold out. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12, and free for those 5 and under. Carryouts will be available.

UPCOMING

• Canfield High School Swim and Dive Team will host a pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 10 at the high school cafeteria, 100 Cardinal Drive. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children 3 to 10. Tickets can be purchased from team members.

• Canfield Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, will sell takeout stuffed chicken breast dinners from 4 p.m. until sold out on Jan. 7. Meals include mashed potatoes, green beans and a brownie. The cost is $7. Just drive through and pick up a dinner. No reservations needed.

• Poland United Methodist Church, 1940 Boardman-Poland Road, Poland, will sell meals of baked stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green beans from 4-6 p.m. (or until sold out) on Jan. 7. Cost of the dinner is $6. Take advantage of the drive-through service; pull up to the front of the church, and a dinner to go will be taken to your car. There’s no need to preorder or get out of the car.
