State Sen. Capri Cafaro speaks to Dem women's group Monday

WARREN — State Sen. Capri Cafaro of Hubbard, D-32nd, is the guest speaker when the Trumbull County Federation of Democratic Women meets at 6 p.m. Monday at the Warren SCOPE center, 220 W. Market St.

Cafaro will talk about senior-citizen rights, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the Trumbull County Health Department and septic systems.
