CAMPBELL — Aruba was the honeymoon destination of Steve Pecchia of Boardman and his bride, the former Traci M. Pondillo of Canfield, following their 2 p.m. Oct. 10 wedding at St. Joseph the Provider Church and their reception afterward at The Embassy in Boardman.

The Rev. Michael Swierz officiated at the wedding for the daughter of Frank and Carmel Pondillo of Canfield and the son of Vittorio Pecchia of Campbell and the late Matilda Pecchia.

The bride wore a strapless satin A-line gown enhanced with beaded lace and featuring a removable train.

Kelly Carrol, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Carla Bowen, Sheri Manete, Amanda Congemi, Shannon Sarigianopoulos, and Angelina Pecchia, wore black gowns with tangerine sashes. Junior bridesmaids Bryana and Marissa Pecchia wore tangerine-colored gowns with black sashes.

Alfonso Pecchia was best man, and groomsmen were Bill Delisio, Ken Tirpack, Rob Chambers, Kevin Dill, George Semer and Anthony Pecchia. Ring bearer was Michael Chambers.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University and Heritage Institute for Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Fla. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management, public relations and retail, and is in customer service with Home Savings and Loan in Poland.

The groom is a driver with United Parcel Service in Boardman.

The couple live in Boardman.
