Meredith Mylott, Jim Powers to wed in autumn

YOUNGSTOWN — Thomas and Alicia Mylott of Youngstown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Meredith Mylott, and Jim Powers, both of Columbus.

Parents of the future groom are Jim and Teresa Powers of Stow.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration. She is a senior buyer with Ohio State University in Columbus.

The prospective groom is a banker with Huntington National Bank in Columbus. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from YSU.

Invitations will be issued for the couple’s 5 p.m. Oct. 2 wedding and for their reception, both at Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, Ohio.
