YOUNGSTOWN — Carla Janine Baldwin and Paul C. Fields Jr. were married on June 20 at Calvary Ministries International. A reception at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman followed.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Joyce Baldwin, 1291 Stonington Drive, and the groom’s parents are Paul Sr. and Robin Fields, 214 N. Reynolds Ave., Durham, N.C.

The bride’s white strapless gown was embellished with pearls and crystal beading.

Maid of honor was Deanna L. Rucker, who wore a mocha-colored dress with a pool blue sash. Bridesmaids were Jenae Atkins, Ashley Fields, Kalinda Frazier, Cheyna Jernigan, and La’Rufus Mitchell. They wore pool blue gowns.

Tamya Zarotney and Paris Gilmore were flower girls.

Terrance Roach was best man, and groomsmen were Eric C. Baldwin, Ryan Fields, Nelson Clark, Ariel Allen, Armon Roberts, and Kevin King. Ring bearers were Bryce and Bronx Teague.

Ushers were Randall Thomas and Jonathan Jernigan.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree from Capital University in Columbus and graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich., with a juris doctor degree. She is employed in the Mahoning County prosecutor’s office as assistant county prosecutor of the criminal division.

The groom graduated from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science. He is a seventh- and eighth-grade social studies teacher at Stambaugh Charter Academy.
