ACAPULCO, Mexico — Anne Cecile Conkle and Jose Luis Hernandez, both of 1211 North LaSalle, Chicago, were married by the Rev. Miguel Contrera Aguilera at 5 p.m. Oct. 30 at Capilla de La Paz. A reception followed at the Grand Hotel Acapulco.

After a wedding trip to Tulum, Mexico, the couple live at the Chicago address.

Parents of the bride are Dave and Nancy Walkosak-Fulton, 5790 Lyric Drive, Clinton, and Doug and Linda Conkle of Sante Fe, N.M. The groom’s parents are Benjamin and Juana Hernandez of Chicago.

The bride, who will be known as Anne Cecile Conkle-Hernandez, is a radiology technologist with Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago. She graduated from Ohiogood times ski club

State University with a bachelor’s degree in radiology technology.

The groom graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in Chicago and is a Realtor with Keller-Williams Realty in Chicago.

The bride wore a champagne-colored silk and satin gown trimmed with lace, Swarovski crystals and beads, and a beaded mantilla-style veil.

Gowns in various shades of lavender were worn by Keli Jackson and Rom Chy, the honor attendants; the bridesmaids, Veronica Hernandez Garcia, Kerry Sheils, Crystal Ruiz, Amelia Bowler and Francesca Galleri; and the junior bridesmaids, Jennifer Garcia Hernandez and Leah Conkle.

Juan Martinez performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Romero Arroyo, Jeffrey Capp, Aaron Conkle and Elvis Conkle.
