Good Samaritan of Route 224 deserves public recognition

EDITOR:

A few days before Thanksgiving, a friend of the family was traveling on Route 224.

His “old clunker” broke down beyond repair. A car stopped, and an older gentleman — a complete stranger — handed him $200 and said “Happy Holidays” and drove away. This is truly a good Samarita, and there are many out there reaching out to those who are in need, especially during these difficult times.

God bless them all for their goodness and kindness.
