YOUNGSTOWN — Julie A. Jones and Eric L. Ratliff exchanged wedding vows in a 3 p.m. ceremony Oct. 3 at Phillips Chapel CME.

A reception followed at Willow Creek in Girard, and the couple honeymooned in Las Vegas.

The bride is a daughter of Willie Jones of 1151 Scioto St., and the late Rae Jones. The groom is a son of Charles and Yvonne Ratliff and Paul and Doris Jackson, all of Youngstown.

The bride’s beaded, strapless ivory and silver A-line gown of organza was fashioned with a sweetheart neckline.

Matron of honor Diane Hall and maid of honor Cynthia Grier, sister of the bride, wore eggplant-colored gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Kim Hamilton and Vicky Hightower, cousins of the groom; Erica Ratliff, daughter of the groom; and Maureen Armour. Shayla McNair, the bride’s daughter, was junior bridesmaid. Arielle Salter and Jasmine Montero served as flower girls.

Marcus Heard Ratliff was best man for his father. Groomsmen were Charles Ratliff, the groom’s brother; Elliott Hamilton and Kevin Anderson, the groom’s cousins; Elliott T. Ratliff, uncle of the groom; and Will Jones, brother of the bride. Emmanual Armour was junior groom, and Keontae Ratliff, the groom’s grandson, was ring bearer. Maurice Harris was an usher.

Hostesses were Tiara Harrison, daughter of the bride; Ayana Durden; and Paige Peterman.

The bride is a customer service representative for Harrington Health in Canfield.

The groom is a shift supervisor for Vision Quest in Franklin, Pa.
