CANFIELD — The patio at Avion on the Water was the setting for the Sept. 25 wedding of Anna DiGiacomo and Brent Stansbury.

The Rev. William Wolfgang officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony. A reception honoring the newlyweds immediately followed at Avion’s banquet facility.

Parents of the bride are Michael DiGiacomo of Youngstown and Janet DiGiacomo of Lowellville. Parents of the groom are Jim Stansbury of East Liverpool and Cindy Sciarra of Canfield.

The bride wore a strapless ivory taffeta gown accented with crystals around the dropped waistline and cathedral train.

The honor attendant, Rita Cole, sister of the bride, wore a black cocktail dress, as did the bridesmaids, Bobbi Jamison, Amanda Michoud and Beth Henry. The bride’s niece, Alyssa Cole, was the flower girl, and she wore an ivory taffeta gown with a black sash.

Adam Stansbury, the groom’s brother, served as best man, and the groomsmen were Leonard Gagliardi, Michael Hardesty and Tod Bocha. The ring bearer was Hayden Cole, the bride’s nephew.

Mrs. Stansbury graduated from Youngstown State University and is a registered nurse employed with St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman.

The groom attended YSU and is employed as a technician with Direct TV of Akron.

After returning from a honeymoon in Aruba, the couple reside in Canfield.
