Mahoning Co. Courthouse closes at noon Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County Courthouse will closed for business at noon Thursday. Judge Lou D'Apolito, presiding judge of the common pleas courts, said any pleading or filing due after noon on Thursday will be deemed timely if filed on Monday.
