AARP 4545

• Boardman South Chapter 4545, AARP, will meet at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 7 at the Holiday Inn South, Boardman, with Elmer Haidle presiding. Menu choices are stuffed chicken breast or perch francaise at a cost of $13.50 each. Reservations are to be made by Dec. 31 by sending a check and entr e choice to Helen Day, 543 W. Glen Drive, Boardman, OH 44512, or by calling (330) 782-2816. The speaker will be Mark Peyko of Metro Monthly and the author of a book on Youngstown. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged. Illnesses or deaths should be reported to Jean Keys, (330) 726-1046. New members and guests are welcome.

GIRARD OLDTIMERS

• The Girard OldTimers will meet at Lamancusa Restaurant, Trumbull Road, at 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

REAC 3298

• REAC 3298 members will have a regular meeting and Christmas party at 1 p.m. Monday at the aerie on Raccoon Road. Dinner will be served; cost is $5 per person. A $10 gift exchange will take place for those interested in participating. Officers serving on the committee are Melva Day, president; Donna Joseph, treasurer; Toni Ricciardulli, secretary; and Betty Evanoski, vice president. Ethel and Steve DeOreo are in charge of the entertainment. New members and guests are welcome.
