AUSTINTOWN — Michael W. Stelluto and his bride, the former Melissa J. Turek, left on a honeymoon cruise to the Mediterranean following their Aug. 22 wedding at St. Joseph Church.

The couple were united in marriage during a 2 p.m. ceremony officiated by the Rev. John Trimbur and accepted congratulations later that day at a reception at The Links at Firestone Farms in Columbiana.

The bride is a daughter of Dorie Turek of Austintown and the late William Turek, and the groom is a son of Kathy Stelluto of Austintown.

The bride’s ivory silk A-line gown was enhanced with beaded embroidery and featured a chapel train.

Cheryl Turek, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, wore a peony colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Melissa Sarisky, Stephanie Lavanty and Mary Jones. Flower girl was the groom’s niece, Adria Stelluto.

Joe Stelluto performed the duties of best man for his brother, and serving as groomsmen were Nick Monaco, the groom’s cousin; Chris Haus and Eli Figueroa.

Mrs. Stelluto, a licensed practical nurse at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles, graduated from Choffin School of Practical Nursing in Youngstown.

Mr. Stelluto attended Youngstown State University and is employed by the Eclipse AfterMarket Group Inc. in Boardman.

They live in Boardman.
