BOARDMAN — St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park was the setting at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12 for the wedding of Amber Renee Keech and David Allen Straley, both of Tallmadge.

The Rev. James Oester officiated for the daughter of Carl and Brenda Keech of Kersey, Pa., and son of Wayne and Sheryll Straley of North Jackson.

After an evening reception at the B&0 Station Banquet Hall in Youngstown, the couple left on a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They live in Tallmadge.

The bride’s strapless ivory satin gown featured a chiffon and lace train and beaded accents.

Brandy Keech was the honor attendant and bridesmaids were Amber Keefer, Kate Pittman, Ashley Jurkowski, Tina Saley, Krista Schoblocher, and Tammy Campbell. They wore eggplant colored gowns. Junior bridesmaid was Emma Ewing, and flower girls were Helayna Hollobaugh and Tori Jo Campbell.

Best man was Chip Straley, and groomsmen were Joe Harley, Matt Pittman, Jeff Michael, Joe Pharis, Brad Hemphill, and Dustin Keech. Junior groomsman was Dylan Straley, and ushers were Brandon Long and Joel Straley.

A graduate of Chatham College in Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in economics, the bride is employed by the comptroller of currency as an associate national bank examiner in Cleveland.

The groom, a full time firefighter/paramedic with Springfield Township, is a part time firefighter/paramedic with the City of Tallmadge.
