BOSTON — Elton Brand had 23 points and eight rebounds, giving Philadelphia the lead on a tip-in with 7.7 seconds left, and the 76ers snapped Boston’s 11-game win streak. The Sixers had won only once in their previous 14 games. Marreese Speights scored 17 points and pulled down 10 rebounds, but he missed a jumper in the closing seconds with a chance to give Philadelphia the lead. Brand tipped it in before Paul Pierce missed a jumper in the final seconds that would have put Boston ahead. Ray Allen was unable to get off a good shot after the rebound. Andre Iguodala scored 18 points and Willie Green added 16 for Philadelphia. Kevin Garnett had 21 points and 10 rebounds, Kendrick Perkins scored 12 points to go with 16 boards, Ray Allen scored 17 and Rajon Rondo had 13 points and 10 assists.

Hornets 98, Nuggets 92

NEW ORLEANS — Chris Paul had 30 points and a season-high 19 assists, and narrowly missed a triple-double with nine rebounds. Paul scored 26 points in the second half, and with his assists combined for 41 of the Hornets’ 52 points over the final two quarters. Peja Stojakovic added 24 points, including four 3-pointers, to help New Orleans overcome a 15-point first-half deficit and win its second straight game. J.R. Smith scored 25 points and Carmelo Anthony had 17 for Denver.

Rockets 116, Mavericks 108, OT

DALLAS — Kyle Lowry had a career-high 26 points and 10 assists as Houston ended the Mavericks’ win streak at five games. Aaron Brooks added 25 points and Luis Scola contributed 19 points and 10 rebounds. nJ.J. Barea scored 23 points, and Josh Howard and Shawn Marion each had 17 points for the Mavericks, who rallied from a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit to send the game to overtime.

Knicks 95, Clippers 91

NEW YORK — David Lee scored 17 of his 25 points in the second half to help New York erase a 20-point deficit. Chris Duhon added 17 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds for the Knicks, who never led until the fourth quarter. Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler each finished with 14 points.

Thunder 109, Pistons 98

OKLAHOMA CITY — Kevin Durant scored 27 points, and a pair of rookies led Oklahoma City on a key run in the fourth quarter to snap a three-game losing streak.

Grizzlies 107, Pacers 94

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Zach Randolph had 26 points and 16 rebounds, and O.J. Mayo added 20 points and six assists to lead the Grizzlies. Mike Conley scored 19 points, including a career-high five 3-pointers, Rudy Gay added 18, and Marc Gasol had 17 points and 14 rebounds. Mike Dunleavy and T. J. Ford scored 16 points each for the Pacers, and Dahntay Jones and Tyler Hansbrough added 14 apiece.

Hawks 96, Jazz 83

ATLANTA — Josh Smith scored 16 points, Marvin Williams added 15 and Atlanta won its sixth straight. Al Horford and Joe Johnson each finished with 12 points as the Hawks improved to 12-2 at home, best in the Eastern Conference. The Jazz were outscored 30-6 to open the third quarter.

TORONTO — Amir Johnson scored a season-high 18 points, and Chris Bosh had 16 points and eight rebounds.

Timberwolves 112, Kings 96

MINNEAPOLIS — Kevin Love put up 20 points and 16 rebounds, his fifth straight double-double and seventh in nine games since returning from a broken left hand.
