Cornersburg business robbed Friday night

CORNERSBURG — A gunman took between $400 and $500 from the Cornersburg Shell Lottery Shack, 3520 Canfield Road, at 6 p.m. Friday, police said.

A clerk reported that the man came up to the drive-through window on foot, put a duffel bag through the window and pointed a handgun at her. “Put the money in the bag,” he said. After the money was placed in the bag, he ran off, reports said.
