Dec. 4

Drug paraphernalia: Two male juveniles were arrested on separate charges of passing drug paraphernalia and dealing in drug paraphernalia. One male bought a glass pipe with marijuana residue from another at Canfield High School, 100 Cardinal Drive. A $10 bill used to pay for the pipe was seized.

Dangerous drugs: Police arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile at Canfield High School for giving another student five or six anti-depressant pills he had taken from his mother’s prescription. He was charged with delinquency by way of dangerous drugs. The recipient took all the pills at once and later became ill and vomited and went home.

Theft: Police issued warrants for Brennan Diana, 18, 1571 Rosewood, Boardman, on one count of theft and one count of criminal trespassing. He was at Canfield Middle School to be tutored and had been escorted in and out of the school. He told girls to leave the locker room so he could clean the toilets. The girls returned and found all of their things on the floor and gone through. Other lockers had been reported broken into at the school.

Dec. 7

Passing fictitious checks: A 250 Railroad St. man reported receiving a check for $462.47 for miscellaneous construction items which had been returned by the bank as altered or fictitious. The man who wrote the checks made full restitution to the company.
