GARDEN CLUBS | This week's meetings announced

MONDAY

• Garden Gate members will have a Christmas party with Joann Vlacancich as hostess and Alma Moore as co-hostess.

TUESDAY

• East members will meet for a Christmas party at 11:30 a.m. at Drake’s Landing with Madelyn Pedaline serving as hostess.

• St. Michael Garden Guild’s Christmas party and installation of officers will begin with dinner at 6 p.m. at A La Cart Catering on Lisbon Street in Canfield. Cost of the dinner is $18; Pat Hoyle handled dinner reservations. Barbara Spenser will conduct the installation.

• Trailwood has a Christmas luncheon and guest day scheduled at 11:30 a.m at the Lake Club, formerly Fonderlac Country Club. Entertainment will be by Regina Reese, and officers will be installed.

WEDNESDAY

• Daisy Dozen members will meet for a Christmas party at 6:30 p.m. at Tippecanoe Country Club. Reservations were handled by Carol Vechiarelli.

• Ivy League members will meet at noon at Caff Capri.

THURSDAY

•A Christmas party, gift exchange and installation of officers are planned for Johnny Appleseed.

SATURDAY

• Sunflower members have planned a Christmas party.

• Garden club events are published Sunday. The deadline is noon Thursday.
