MVP 20/30 plans party at the Oakland Center

YOUNGSTOWN — MVP 20/30 invites the public to its holiday party and monthly mixer from 5:30-7:30 Thursday at the Oakland Center for the Arts, 220 W. Boardman St. Youngstown.

Tickets for the event are $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers and include heavy hors d’oeuvres and complimentary wine and beer.

A 50-50 raffle will take place, and the proceeds will go to the Young Philanthropist Fund.

Toys will also be collected to donate to Sojourner House.

Tickets can be bought on the Web site, www.mvp2030.org, and they will be held for pickup at the door on the evening of the event. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
