Nov. 26

Burglary: To a residence in the 2200 block of Lyon Boulevard, where a $750 TV, 25 DVDs and money were stolen, for an estimated loss of $1,060.

Nov. 28

Burglary: Report filed from the 5800 block of Struthers Road. Among the property taken were two firearms, an $1,800 laptop computer and money.

Theft/vandalism: A report was filed from a home in the 6000 block of Quarry Road. A set of kitchen cabinets, wood trim, a toilet and a breaker box were stolen or damaged.

Dec. 1

Breaking and entering: A report was filed from Poland Self Storage, 6439 Clingan Road.

Drug abuse: Police issued a summons to Samuel J. Gennaro, 21, of Hillsville, Pa., during a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224 when, police said, a bag with a small amount of suspected marijuana was found.

Dec. 4

Theft: Someone stole 150 Ohio Lottery tickets from Save-A-Lot, 3131 Center Road.

Dec. 6

Theft/drugs: Police charged 27-year-old Christy L. Christoff, 4955 Center Road, Lowellville, with three felony counts each of theft and possession of drugs during an investigation by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy working with officials at Giant Eagle, 3130 Center Road, regarding the theft of numerous OxyContin and other tablets.

Menacing: An Austintown woman reported her former boyfriend, of Denver Drive, threatened via text message to kill her.
