Nov. 20

Theft: Police arrested a 17-year-old Boardman student for theft of a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road. The car had been donated to the school by General Motors and was recovered in Boardman.

Nov. 21

Theft: $63 was stolen from a wallet in a vehicle owned by a Boardman man and the wallet and photos and a driver’s license were found strewn around the property of a residence in the 100 block of Northview Road.

Theft: A Garmin GPS was stolen from the glove box of a vehicle in the 2000 block of Fairview Avenue.

Attempted theft: The owner of an unlocked vehicle in the 40 block of Skyline Avenue reported that the car had been entered and gone through and the glove box opened. Loose change was missing.

Nov. 22

Drug abuse: A Broad Street man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana after police found a plastic bag of marijuana on him in the 200 block of Broad Street. Police went to the address responding to complaints of young males riding bikes and swearing from Lisbon Street to Kirk Street to the Broad Street address. They found the youths who said they were only joking.

Nov. 25

Breaking and entering: A possible break-in at McDonald’s Restaurant, 586 E. Main St., was reported by the manager. A door had the glass broken out and it was unsecured.

Nov. 30

Fraudulent charges: A resident of the 60 block of Brookpark Drive reported that $99 was fraudulently withdrawn from his bank account by an Internet company.

Dec. 1

Disorderly conduct: Police arrested Audrey Birch, 46, of 420 Fairground Blvd. for disorderly conduct. She was found walking north of her house saying she was looking for her cat. A patrol officer told her to return to her house, where she fell and hit her head on a porch and had to be taken to the hospital.
