Armstrong gets 13 years for attempted murder

YOUNGSTOWN — “Assassin is probably too good a word for you,” Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge R. Scott Krichbaum told Robert Armstrong just before ordering Armstrong to spend the next 13 years in prison.
