Delay in Biro's 10 a.m. execution?

The Vindicator's broadcasting partner WFMJ-TV is reporting attorneys for convicted killer Kenneth Biros have filed an emergency request for a temporary restraining order with the United States Supreme Court in an attempt to stop the 10 a.m. execution.
