HIRAM — Hiram junior guard Chris Roberts’ last-second shot drew the back of the rim and bounced out as the Spartans hung on. The Spartans (6-2) were led by Tom Summers with a game-high 21 points on 7-of-13 shooting and 7-of-11 at the free-throw line. Summers scored 17 of his 21 points in the first half and also had a game-tying high 10 rebounds. Reid Anderson was second in scoring with 15 points followed by Bryan Erce with 11 points. Collin Mulholland rounded out the Spartan double-digit scorers with 10 points. Hiram (3-3) was led by Nick Russo with 16 points on 6-of-15 shooting. Roberts and junior guard Deon Milton were tied for second with 13 points each. Campbell finished the game with 12 points to complete the list of double-figure scorers for the Terriers. In addition, sophomore forward Chris Meyer pulled down a game-tying high 10 rebounds.
