YOUNGSTOWN — The Aug. 29 wedding of Kelly Marie Melvin and Terry John Campbell, both of Vienna, took place at 2 p.m. in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek MetroParks. The Rev. Patricia Bohn officiated, and a reception followed at Mahoning Country Club in Girard.
The daughter of Debby Melvin and James Rogers and Jack and Janine Melvin, all of Orwell, and son of Terry and Tammy Campbell of Youngstown honeymooned at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and live in Vienna.
The bride’s strapless gown was enhanced with embroidery and crystal beading and featured a lace-up corset back and a semicathedral train.
Gowns in a variety of colors were worn by the honor attendant, Jennifer Genova; the bridesmaids, Missy Brangan, Theresa Emery, Devin Cameron. Trista Campbell, Molly Macejko and Christina Bell; and the junior bridesmaid, Taylor Warmouth.
Steve Tyrrell performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Jesse Campbell, David Munnell, Paul Straley, Andy Hospodor, Nick Gaylog and Lee Sheely. The usher was Shane Munnell.
The bride is pursuing a doctorate in sociology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and is a program specialist at Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center.
The groom is employed as a tall builder at Kraftmaid Cabinetry in Middlefield.
