YOUNGSTOWN — Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church was setting at 2:30 p.m. July 11 for the wedding of Abby Ducay and Brian Mosier, both of Columbus. Monsignor Michael Cariglio officiated.
Earl and Laurel Ducay of Poland are parents of the bride, and the groom is a son of Rick and Sheri Mosier of Celina.
After a reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield, the couple left on a wedding trip to California. They live in Columbus.
The bride’s strapless A-line taffeta gown featured a jeweled ruched bodice and a chapel train.
The honor attendant, Nicole Lepore of Columbus, and the bridesmaids, Aslyne Rodriguez of Columbus and Kim Gazdik of Denver, wore apple green gowns.
Brett Mosier of Celina was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Matthew Ducay of Aurora, Ill., the bride’s brother; Brad Shaffer of Columbus; and Brian Sherman of Minster. Ushers were the groom’s cousins, Nick Schultz and Sean Schultz, both of Columbus.
Mrs. Mosier graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and from the graduate school at Ohio State University in Columbus with a master’s in labor and human resources. She is a human resource associate for the OSU James Cancer Hospital.
The groom is an accounting manager with Central Ohio Workforce Investment Corp. in Columbus. He graduated from OU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business economics.
