Coats and toys to be collected

YOUNGSTOWN — “Miracle on 34th Street” will open for a two-weekend run at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Youngstown Playhouse. In keeping with the holiday spirit, on opening night patrons may place new, unwrapped toys or coats for children in Rescue Mission receptacles in the lobby. In exchange for donated gifts, they will receive a complimentary ticket to that night’s performance. In exchange for their donations, season ticket holders will receive a coupon for one admission to a performance of either “The Fabric of a Man” in February or “The Wedding Singer” in July.
