YSU graduating students to exhibit art at museum

YOUNGSTOWN — The McDonough Museum of Art, on the campus of Youngstown State University, will feature an exhibit of the works of students who will be graduating in the fall semester from the department of art at YSU. The event will begin with a reception for the artists from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

The exhibit will remain on view in the galleries until Dec. 19 and will include the artwork of the following students: Justin Banasiewicz, Joe Campesi, Tsai-Chieh Chen, Sarah Amelia Clarke, Eric Daniels, Ryan S. Firm, Melissa Kerchak, Rosemarie Orsini, Richard Pedaline, Margaret Russo, Jonathan Shearer, Seoun Som and Rachel Yolanda Wilson.

The museum is open to the public and admission is free. Hours for viewing the exhibit will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
