Organizations have raffle to save dogs from euthanization

YOUNGSTOWN — Two organizations — www.canine-crusaders.petfinder.com and www.forthedogs.petfinder.com — are in the process of selling raffle tickets for their organizations. They aim to get dogs out of the Mahoning County Dog Pound before they are euthanized, and are trying to get them to “no-kill” shelters and foster care, plus medical care.

The drawing for the raffle is Dec. 10, and the prizes are listed on both of the Web sites. For more information, call (330) 717-2151.
