Reinforcement Systems to break ground in Warren

WARREN — Reinforcement Systems of Ohio will have a ground-breaking ceremony Thursday for its new manufacturing plant at West Market Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Mark Marvin, a Warren native and company owner, will be joined by officials from the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber for the 1:30 p.m. ceremony.

The $20 million plant is expected to employ up to 65 workers.

The company manufactures custom-engineered welded wire reinforcements used in concrete products, such as stadiums.
