Community Action Agency of Columbiana County, Lisbon, $115, 900. Renewal grant to operate an emergency shelter in East Liverpool and provide case-management services.

Counseling Center of Columbiana County, $215,800. Renewal grant for its Young Adult and Adult Mentor Program for severely mentally disabled people.

MAHONING COUNTY

Beatitude House, $369,200. Help cover expenses for 13 housing units in Trumbull County and 24 housing units in Mahoning County for some 300 women and children.

Meridian Services, $34,000. Homestead House Program, which provides supported housing for men with the dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental-health problems.

YWCA of Youngstown, $47,400. Renewal grant for the Barbara M. Wick Transitional Housing program for homeless women and children.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

Trumbull LifeLines, the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, $170,800. Transitional housing to serve 34 households over the two-year grant period.
