Man charged with robbery in Lisbon

LISBON — Police arrested a man in the robbery of a woman outside First National Community Bank Monday afternoon.

Kevin E. Kirby is charged with felony robbery and is in the Columbiana County jail, according to a police report.

A bank employee called police after the woman was robbed in the bank parking lot at 137 E. Lincoln Way.

Kirby was arrested about 15 minutes later at Beverage Barn on state Route 45, the report states.
