YOUNGSTOWN — The wedding of Lindsay Cobey, a daughter of Tom and Vicki Cobey of Canfield, and Jarrod Davis, a son of Tom and Jean Davis of East Canton, took place June 27 at Trinity United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Stephen T. Sparling officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony. The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at The Links at Firestone Farms in Columbiana before leaving on a wedding trip to Antigua. They live at 984 Wimbleton Drive, Medina.

The bride’s diamond-white silk satin gown featured a sweetheart neckline and ruched bodice and was enhanced with beading.

Wearing aqua-blue gowns were Tara Davis, the groom’s sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Shilah Briceland, a cousin of the bride; Megan Bricker; Amy Hill; Lindsey Hill; Lindsay Keish; and Ashlin Schnell. Flower girl was the groom’s cousin, Parker Green.

Serving as best man was Shawn Cobey, a brother of the bride, and groomsmen were Mike Aukerman, Nick Aukerman, Dr. Dominic Buzzacco, Michael DeToro, Matt Gustovich, Todd Shadle, Ben Sternberg, Joshua Vitale, Drew Weizer, and Dr. Steve Willard.

Mrs. Davis graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in physical education. She is a physical-education teacher and varsity track and field coach with Medina City Schools.

Mr. Davis is a computer programmer with Antares Management Solutions in Strongsville. He earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in computing and information systems from YSU.
