LISBON — Columbiana County Municipal Court has scheduled another free workshop to help drivers either regain their driver’s licenses or get conditional driving privileges.

The event is the fifth offered by Judges Carol A. Robb and Mark A. Frost and the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. It will be from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the municipal court building, 38832 Saltwell Road.

Three of the people who came to the last workshop at the court in May left with valid licenses, and all the others were given exact information on what they needed to do to get legal.
