Fire stalls traffic on U.S. 224 in Poland

POLAND — A telephone pole caught fire around 9 p.m. Friday, stalling traffic on U.S. Route 224.

A dispatcher for Mahoning County 911 said the Poland and Poland Township fire services were at the scene.

No one was injured, according to the dispatcher.
