Youngstown man injured in Columbiana accident

UNITY — A Youngstown man was charged with failure to control his vehicle after an accident at 8:46 p.m. Wednesday on Waterford Road in Unity Township.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Lyle Taylor, 45, of DeCamp Road, was driving a convertible south when he went left of center and the car went off the right side of the road, hit an embankment and overturned.

Zachary Taylor, 19, of Crestview Road was ejected from the car. He was not wearing a safety belt. The patrol was not sure of their relationship. Lyle Taylor was not seriously injured.

Zachary Taylor was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. His condition was not immediately available.
