Free breakfast offered

CORTLAND — Lake Vista Retirement Community, 303 N. Mecca, will sponsor a breakfast at the Lake Vista clubhouse at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 8 There will be coffee, a free continental breakfast and lively conversation.

Regina Rees, professor at Beeghly College of Education at Youngstown State University, will present a program on folklore, and stories about Betsy Ross and flags.
