Scholarship programs available at fair

DAYTON — Montgomery County Fair will host the Miami Valley Outstanding Teen and Miss Miami Valley Scholarship programs Saturday. Teens and young women will have the opportunity to earn scholarships and awards and to participate in activities designed to enhance personal development.

Caitlin Jackson, a Carroll High student, was a finalist in the Miss Ohio Outstanding Teen Pageant, and Katie Camp, a student at Wright State, was a finalist and won the swimsuit award at the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program in June in Mansfield.
