“Out of Egypt” (9 p.m., Discovery Channel): We’re pleased to report that “Out of Egypt” doesn’t sound like homework at all. Host Dr. Kara Cooney, a UCLA professor, ditches the lecture hall to take us on a tour of tombs and temples. Way cool.
