Struthers man injured in crash in New Castle

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — An Ohio man was hurt in an accident on Harlansburg Road in Scott Township, Lawrence County, state police in New Castle report.

William R. Noel, 47, of Struthers was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center after the accident at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The hospital will not give out information on the condition of trauma patients.

Police said Noel drove off the road and hit a tree.
